A combination of strength & endurance training for a true hybrid training style! You will need access to ergs (ski, row, assault bike, tread), sleds, wall balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, basic gym equipment. 6 training days a week - 1 zone run, 1 lower lift, 1 upper lift, 1 speed work day, 2 erg/conditioning/race specific days - The most intense program. Wouldn't recommend for complete beginners; for someone who is ready to commit and put time + effort into your weekly training at the next level - Builds capacity up to be ready for a HYROX race or similar strength & conditioning competition!
